With over a decade of experience, Morgan Stroud leads Simplified VA, LLC, a marketing boutique dedicated to empowering nonprofit organizations and small businesses through strategic operations and marketing excellence. As a dedicated project management professional working toward all Lean Six Sigma belts, Morgan specializes in developing frameworks that help organizations properly delegate, streamline operations, and achieve measurable results.

Morgan's approach combines inherent creativity with technical expertise, making inbound marketing seamless for clients. She carefully selects team members based on their creative and technical proficiencies, ensuring exceptional service delivery across all projects. Her sophisticated understanding of business process management allows entrepreneurs to focus on growth while Simplified VA handles operational foundations.

As a certified Constant Contact Solutions Provider, Canva Champion, WIX Partner, and Asana Ambassador, Morgan leverages various platforms to create comprehensive marketing solutions. She provides brand and marketing strategy development, conducts training sessions, and delivers keynote presentations that equip businesses with the structure they need to grow and scale.

Morgan's commitment to professional development extends to academia, where she served as an associate professor at Anne Arundel Community College. Through The Acceleration Project, TAP, she serves as a business consultant. She has taught continuing education classes on virtual assistance, home-based business, and marketing at the Women's Institute, sharing her expertise with aspiring entrepreneurs.

Active in her community, Morgan contributes her talents to numerous organizations and serves on several nonprofit boards. Currently, she is a board member of the Life of Joy Foundation, focusing on mental wellness and suicide prevention, and serves on the board of New Village Academy, a project-based high school opening in Annapolis, where she also acts as Marketing Chair. Her past community involvement includes serving as a board member of the ABWA Women to Women Chapter and founding BENT Association, a nonprofit dedicated to teaching entrepreneurship skills through youth ministry.

Morgan holds a women's entrepreneurship certification from Cornell University and completed PMP certification training at Anne Arundel Community College. She is also a member of the Legal Marketing Association. Morgan combines her business acumen with a passion for community service to create impactful strategies that drive success for both her clients and the organizations she serves.

Simplified VA is about simplifying business processes for busy, non-tech savvy, and new business owners. I use proven methods to help businesses grow with our branding and marketing services, and business training. Although I offer a range of virtual business services, my expertise is inbound digital marketing.

After leaving 27 years in healthcare, my clientele consists primarily of Attorneys, Health Clinicians, and Nonprofit Founders. A great referral for us would be a new business owner, or the business owner that's behind on their digital media, or a seasoned business owner who would like to move forward with growing their business digitally.
