A strong online presence is essential for any nonprofit to share its mission, connect with supporters, and expand its impact. However, we understand that many new and small organizations face challenges in securing the resources needed to build a professional website.
At Simplified VA, we are committed to helping emerging nonprofits take their first steps toward a sustainable digital presence. Our Nonprofit Website Design Award provides one nonprofit every four months with a professionally designed website—completely free of charge.
Who can apply?
To ensure we serve those who need it most, this program is open to:
✅ Registered nonprofit organizations in their start-up phase.
✅ Organizations with annual revenue under $50,000.
✅ Nonprofits that do not already have a professional website or need a full redesign.
✅ Organizations willing to actively participate in the website development process.

How does it work?
Step 1: Apply
Complete our simple application form to share your nonprofit’s mission and digital needs.
Step 2: Lottery Selection
Every four months, we randomly select one nonprofit from eligible applications.
Step 3: Website Build (4-6 Weeks)
We collaborate with the selected nonprofit to create a professional, functional, and mission-driven website.
Step 4: Launch & Training
Your nonprofit receives a fully operational website and a training session to manage it effectively.

DISCLAIMER & TERMS OF AGREEMENT
This disclaimer ("Disclaimer") sets forth the terms and conditions under which Simplified VA ("Provider") offers the Nonprofit Website Design Program ("Program") to eligible nonprofit organizations ("Awardee").
Program Overview
The Nonprofit Website Design Program provides selected nonprofit organizations with complimentary website design services. The Program is subject to the following terms and limitations:
Website Platform

All websites will be developed exclusively on the WIX platform, regardless of any preferences expressed by the Awardee.

Any requests to develop the website on WordPress or other platforms cannot be accommodated under this Program.
Communication Protocol

All communications between Simplified VA and the Awardee will be conducted through:

Zoom for virtual meetings and consultations

Asana for project management and task tracking

All communications will be documented for best practices, quality improvement purposes, and project reference.
Limitations of Service

The Provider reserves the right to determine the scope, timeline, and design elements of the website.

The Program does not include ongoing maintenance, hosting fees, or domain registration beyond the initial development period.

The Provider makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, traffic generation, or business results from the website.
Modification of Terms

The Provider reserves the right to modify the terms of this Program at any time.

Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of any modified terms.
By applying for or accepting services through the Nonprofit Website Design Program, the Awardee acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
